We convert your physical patterns into digital files.

We make a 2D pattern for you, based on your specifications.

Grading

We grade your digital pattern for a size range.

Marker Making

We generate the most efficient cutting layout using SMARTmark.

3D Sample Making

We drape your pattern on a 3D fit model to see how it will look.

WHAT IS A SMART FACTORY?

SMART factories are engineered so that products are only made after they are already sold. Products can be sold online or even digitally, then manufactured only after the orders have come in.

THE OLD WAY:

In a traditional product development process, products are designed, manufactured, and then sold. Brands are then responsible for huge inventories of unsold merchandise and can only hope to find customers to buy them. If a garment does not sell well, it is discounted or eventually discarded.

THE NEW WAY:

Instead, products can be designed and sold digitally (from 3D renderings or eccommerce direct-to-consumer), then manufactured only after the customer has paid. SMART factories are flexible, and can make any product, anywhere, then have it shipped locally.
